In accordance with DNR grant accountability protocols, the public needs to know who in the Cullen Lakes Association is responsible for overseeing the 2026 grant contract agreement. The person who worked directly on submitting the grant request and submitting the necessary paperwork for reimbursement of expenses is Treasurer Carol Lindahl. DNR grant funds were used to offset association expenses for two starry stonewort perimeter surveys and three algaecide treatments.
